Ford Lightning Inter cooler. 11 Row single pass.

This inter cooler is the only single pass design we know of on the market for the Ford Lightning. It is massive compared to the stock unit and is a single pass design. This means the water goes through the core 1 time. Where as stock replacement cores, travel 1/2 core one way, make a U turn on the end of the core and then travel back the other 1/2. Making the stock core, a dual pass design.

Stock OEM inter cooler where 10 row, this one is 11 row bar and plate design, giving you 10% more air flow area, plus over all better air temp control then any other cooler on the market.

IN THE NOTES SECTION PLEASE TELL US WHICH MID-PLATE YOU WILL BE USING. EXP. Stock OEM 10 row core, JC customs Trick midplate, Whipple, KB, ETC. This will help us get you the correct build and parts required for your install.

To take full advantage of this inter cooler, a larger volume water pump is recommended.

DO NOT USE STRAIGHT TAP WATER,

YOU MUST USE A 50/50 ANTIFREEZE.
